I'm sitting at about 162 these days. I'm 5'9. It's been a couple months at this weight. I'm looking to get to 155 about. I feel lightest and most comfortable at that weight. I just noticed the closer I get, the more my willpower likes to drift. It helps that others are feeling similar. We can do this!

381) I'm loving my curves in jeans. My body is toning nicely and I'm proud of that!

73. I have lost 16lbs and don't feel bloated anymore. Yay!

These are all things I've learned and decided as of 5 months ago, my start on MFP. That it's a choice every single day. The mental/emotional part is harder than the physical part of losing weight. I just don't eat certain foods anymore and I'm okay with that because they trigger a binge. I used to binge all the time and I…

I think 4 or 5. My pants are getting looser, but not about to fall to the ground. That will be a good sign when that day comes though! Lol

Actually, I did see results right away. I had a lot of water weight at the beginning, and in my first couple weeks I dropped about 7 to 8 lbs. It really showed, especially in my stomach. However, the weight part was slow and steady, but I'm okay with that. I am set to lose 1 lbs a week, and it's been slower for me because…

I would like to not go over my calorie intake by not buying coffees.

From my grandma: "you lost weight. Good. You were rather... large." Rude.

That's the thing.. I changed the word "diet" and just call it "life". When I was dieting and always trying to eat healthy, I would "be good" for about 3 or 4 days and then totally binge and eat 6000 calories. I'm not even exaggerating. I learn that the more you track the foods you eat, including sweets, the more you…

31 a month at the Y. Originally it was supposed to be 50, but the guy lessened it for me because I'm a semi broke college student. Yay for nice people!

My back. It's kind random, but I have a lot of back muscle from swimming and I don't mind it. It's one of the places on me that isn't squishy. Lol

10 more lbs! Hoping it comes off before Christmas, or my birthday which is close to it. :)

Jeans, leggings without noticeable dimples, to feel really good again, and not feeling like I have to hide.

I seek out good, positive loving people and surround myself with them. It's easy to find yourself around people who want to critique you, because this world is so full of opinionated people, but try and find those who will support and love you where your at. Also, it has to come from within. For me, I went through some…

Thank you! It really does. Glad to encourage a bit. :)

Thank you, it does indeed. Not sure if all the lbs came off of my mind because I feel a lot better mentally. Haha. Guess it's a whole mind body experience losing extra lbs we've been hanging onto.

My problem is... I don't want one donut, I want 16. That's why I can't have any right now. One day I'll trust myself to just be satisfied with a solo piece of heaven.

Yeah I can kind of understand it. Weight seems to and always has been a huge topic in my family. It gets frustrating at times because I think with several people in my family it's become an obsession. Fitness and a healthy lifestyle isn't nearly brought up as much as body image and how everyone always looks. I just want to…

Sometimes I'm stressed. Does that burn more calories?
