I take my lab/ collie mix and lab out walking everyday. I'm have access to a great area where I can let them off leash on a dirt trail. I'm working my way up from walking to a slow-as-a-turtle jog. We love it!

I really do feel good getting back on track. Just finished walk/jogging with my two labs and I couldn't stop smiling. Felt great to be out of that darn car and moving!

I hate being hungry, and honestly I LOVE food. That's how I got so overweight, of course. I try drinking water to fill that void, and just tell myself that hunger means my efforts are working. I'm a SAHM with 3 kids. I try to log everyday and could use buddies, too. I work out at the YMCA at least every other day. I started at 194 and have only lost a few pounds so far but each one counts, right? At 5'2 , 48 years old I plan to get down to 140.

I'm shocked! As the mom of a type 1 D and insulin resistant myself I am astounded your medical team has not told you to focus on carbs. Being aware and managing carbs and exercise are KEY for us. You need to find a more qualified DE. Hang in there!❤️
