I have been walking a lot and carrying heavy stuff up and down stairs.. Doing laundry today so that means up and down my six flights of stairs about 12 times..this should be my 92nd day since I started this blog or community. I will keep going since I keep starting and stopping, but I move everyday and sit on my exercise…

Thanks for saying so many nice things.. I wish the people on this challenge could meet. It seems like a real nice group that joined this challenge stress is sometimes a good motivator to keep moving.. Just as long as you do not stress eat.. Lol

I feel like such a slacker: I started this and I haven't been logging in all my days. At least I log my food. I have been walking up and down the stairs to get to my apartment and I have carried laundry up many flights and my shoulders hurt from all the carrying and my legs and knees ache from all the walking, but I still…

So everyday I have been walking a lot at work and during last weekend I walked up and down six flights of stairs 10 times doing laundry and lifting heavy things like taking two mattress…

Thanks, as long as I keep moving like walking at work instead of sitting at my desk. I guess I feel bad bc I haven't gone to the gym. I actually enjoy working out, just been so tired from being mentally drained at work. Thanks for the encouragement everyone.

Day 43: walked up and down 6 flights of stairs 4 times carrying my garbage... Had to throw out all my pillows and blankets.. Kitty had accidents.. Was about to wash with vinegar to get smell out..lol

Day 42: Was yesterday and I did leg workout and cardio by walking to stores. Like it when my legs are sore bc then I feel I did enough.

Even doing homework or grocery shopping is exercise as long long as your heart rate goes up. Welcome!!
