Still day 38: 2nd workout--exercise bike 22 min--5 mi

Day 38: So I haven't been going to gym since last Monday.. But I keep moving everyday, with no weight change, but my breathing when going up the 6 flights of stairs to apartment is better. So been at gym since 5:10: 60 min of cardio with leg workout.

I am so sorry I didn't catch your post.. Of course you can start this challenge, everyone is welcome. You can read my first post. Just log your daily workout. Even if it is housework, if you get your heart rate up then it is considered exercise, like going up and down stairs carrying groceries.. Just keep moving everyday.…

Walked around an outside mall for 3 hours.. 3 miles

Day 30: Got to gym by 5:05am and did cardio, legs and abs.. Got to lose this week.. So disappointed when I did not go to gym last week and ate some unhealthy food. Back on track :)

Well today is suppose to be Day 28 for me. But I haven't gone the gym all week or posted. I did walk a lot at work thought, getting up and moving around the shop instead of sitting at my desk all day. A little disappointed in myself, since I started this challenge. Did my go to the gym again today bc I have my monthly visor which I haven't had in a couple of months so I just walked around the shop at work a lot and burned calories. at least I was miving :)

Day 20: walked around another casino and burned over 400 calories and thighs still burning. I guess I really lifted a lot for my thighs to still burned when walking.

Day 19: this logging for yesterday Oct 9th.. Walked up and down stairs at the casino for 4 hours.. Burned probably more than 364 calories. Wow my thighs felt it going down stairs from the workout the day before.

Day 17: 44 mins of cardio mixed with circuit workout with weights. I am bad though because I only had a protein shake this morning and half was suppose to be for lunch, so I only drank tea until after work and I had a salad and grilled some chicken and was still hungry and ate ramen noodles..
