Thanks everybody, at the moment my fitness pal ''allows'' me 1200 calories a day so I could do with earning at least some extra calories, maybe not every day but if I do any socialising at all, it's hard to consume less on those days. Don't make somebody a priority in your life if you're just an option to them. Also, 'it's ok to have your own agenda'. ie, not to be swept along with somebody else's agenda (ie to be casual and to never commit).

Well, I probably do the 800 three days a week and the 1500 four days a week so that might be more than the figure that my fitness pal recommends when I enter my height and weight.

Well, kind of, yes, except that I'm not an over eater. My starting point was about 130 pounds less than 3 weeks ago and now I'm 126lbs and I don't feel I've worked that hard.
