Might be an unpopular opinion, but talk of 'cheat days' is usually a strong indicator of non-seriousness.

I agree. Walking is the only cardio I do, and it seems to be pretty accurate. I have generally not been eating my exercise calories back, but I'm losing weight faster than I think is healthy so have started eating them back the last couple of days.

I completely agree. If you don't mind seeing the variance, daily is great for accountability and troubleshooting. Monthly is good if you don't want to see any variance. But weekly is the worst of both: the 2lbs +/- variance can show up in the weekly weighing and it's much harder to go back through your diary to try and…
