Agree with adding carbs slowly if not planning to stay Keto. Try keeping everything relatively the same , but add a starchy veggie to your biggest meal. Sodium 3-5,000 mg. Sugars as low as possible. Zero or incidental found in whole foods is preferable. That's why there are very little fruits that are keto approved. And even then you would want to only eat those a few times a week, if that.

Today is one of those days we tend to celebrate with food....if you're going out to dinner, skip the breaded things, Think protein first...Chicken, Steak, Fish are all good choices...broiled, or grilled.....veggies...usually those limp mixed veggies that are more for garnishment....ask for extra blue cheese dressing or oil…
