Ahh come on don't be so negative. I train a female and the first time she ran it in 33 minutes. At the end of the first month she did it in 20:33. 2 minutes more, I'm pretty sure u can do it!

If there are 2 things that I don't worry about is protein and creatine, just because there has been studies over the years that say is good for your body. I would post links of few articles but community rules don't allow it. You can research it yourself but I doubt protein power will harm you. Maeby just some nasty gases…

I don't prep at all, I like my food fresh. I just make sure to have watever I'm eating that day in the fridge. I alternate every meal, never eat the same thing twice in a day.
