Order from the kids menu and eat a salad or applesauce or veggies in place of carb foods. Drink lots water while you eat it will fill u up faster. If u must do bread or potatoe just pick one ...This has worked for me .. and oh yeh no buffets .. it's 2 hard 2 resist !!
