Any tips for eating out?

Hi lots of meals out soon which will perhaps be a diet disaster.Indian and italian.Any advice please?

    Order from the kids menu and eat a salad or applesauce or veggies in place of carb foods. Drink lots water while you eat it will fill u up faster. If u must do bread or potatoe just pick one ...This has worked for me .. and oh yeh no buffets .. it's 2 hard 2 resist !!

    Look online before going. Some places have their calorie counts listed online. Then you can plan your meal accordingly.

    If you can't find calories online then just do your best! Order sensibly and try to make good choices.

    Or you could consider your meal out as your treat meal for the week. Order whatever you want , enjoy it and get back on track the next meal.

    Remember to enjoy yourself and know that one meal won't wreck all your hardwork.
