Thanks guys!!! I'll try using a food scale and eating back half of my exercise calories from now on! I appreciate the feedback!

@elphie754 I do not! I do use measuring cups and spoons though. I don't want to get super obsessive over measuring because I don't think its sustainable in the long run and I can't measure everything, but it's worth a shot.

Thanks guys :)!

@BWBTrish I've been sticking to 1400 for 5 weeks straight without any difference in the scale, however I do not use a food scale. I use measuring cups and spoons. I've also been a vegetarian all my life and have eaten high-carb the entire time. I've lost 15 pounds twice before (only to fall victim to the Freshman and…

@Liftng4Lis lol that's actually a great idea! @lindaloo9331 @ashypashy7 That's great that you guys have lost inches! I'm glad there are other people who know what I'm going through and are seeing results :)!

Wow she looks amazing!!! That's awesome!

Hmmm I guess I've never thought of the scale like that! I didn't even think about muscle, bone, water, etc factoring into the numbers
-
@wkwebby @rybo @DeguelloTex Thanks guys! I'll try to stop focusing on the scale as the main measurement of weight loss! I've lost 15 and gained 15 pounds in the last 3 years twice, and I'm on my way to losing the extra 15 pounds now. I guess each time you lose weight, you lose it differently.

I feel like the scale is validation that I' m doing things correctly. Like I can feel improvements, but I can't help doubting the results sometimes because I'm so used to one number

I'm working out 5-6 tines a week for 60 minutes! But I'm also eating 1700-2000 calories a day, to net 1400 a day! I feel thinner and my clothes fit looser, but seeing no progress on the scale honestly makes me feel down about myself :(

@queenliz99 @Vanyahiril @LenGray @jaqcan @moyer566 Thanks so much guys!!! I'll definitely take your advice. I've been giving into temptations recently and want to get on track so I can feel better about myself and my body!

@DemoraFairy Just opened my diary! Take a look at the last 4 weeks!

I'm not weighing my food! I don't own a food scale but I might buy one after what I've seen on MFP. I was thinking it could be the whoosh effect because I've been doing a HIIT total body workout plus 60 minutes of cardio 5 days a week and averaging 1800 calories?
