I've just changed my goal to start losing 2lb a week & now the calories have changed to 1410 a day, so with the calories consumed today I have 853 left. So you're definitely correct the goal was to low.

Yes I do log & weigh my food, I don't tend to snack & I used to have cakes, fizzy drinks etc, but since stopping these the cravings have gone.

Also I don't go to the gym so haven't been logging exercise, I'm trying to deal with the way I eat first cos it needs to be something I stick to for the rest of my life & then I will start exercise if I set my challenge to high then I will give up.

I make a batch of breakfast bars so I have food on the go! 2 cups of porridge oats,2 bananas mashed, half cup of raisins,half cup of chopped nuts, 2 tbsp Honey.
