Cosign checking out this website. Just make what you've always made, but swap out high calorie ingredients for lower ones, and add in non-starchy vegetables to get more volume. The website has so many ideas.

What do you like to eat?

I make baked oatmeal for the week for my boyfriend and myself. PM me if you want the basic recipe. I've got some good ideas for dinners as well.....I use my slow cooker a lot. For lunch I usually have a sandwich and greek yogurt.
