I have sprained my hand somehow and its preventing me from doing pushups but i will be starting a new challenge when it is healed (probably in the next 2-3 days). So be looking for it if your interested. I will also post the link here when i do. Good job everyone!

I belong there and its ok. They have such a tiny weight area that often gets too crowded for me. They don't have any row machines for cardio which is my favorite, but oh well. I mean for the price its worth it but you don't get everything.

Its tough it really is i have this problem too. I can and will tell you what i do to fight the late night munchies but they don't always work. Some nights they work other nights they do not. Since your down 47 lbs you could be close to your goal, and they say once you start getting close to your goal weight the weight comes off slower. If you get 2 lbs a week then stay at that pace!

Well to burn the most calories i would have to say treadmill wins. On the toning i would think the stationary bike with a high resistance. I do the treadmill on highest incline at 3mph for an hour and the machine says i burn like 950 cal at my weight which is way more then i see on the elliptical for that long. I do the…

Damn after using the pushup bars for 3 days in a row my arms are sore! if you guys don't use them id recommend trying them, my chest is feeling it more as well.
