I saute my veggies in i can't believe its not butter. Only 45-60 cals per Table spoon and i usually only use 1.5 tea spoons which would only be 30-40 ish calories.

Oh i forgot to mention i was talking vitamins, supplements and protein powder during that time. So at least i didn't end up malnourished or put my body in any danger. I have dropped 75lbs so far and i look like it! Still have another 25 to go so i cant wait to see what i look like then. But i first noticed it when i dropped 15lbs and was able to start jogging instead of walking.

I always lower the amount of calories mfp says i burn. If i do 40 min on the row machine mfp says i burn 468 calories, i lower it to 350. I like to underestimate my workouts rather than to over estimate them.
