  • Theoretically if you end close to 10850 then your deficit for the week will be close to 0 and you wont either gain or lose. Remember 1 lb = 3,500 calories, so to lose 0.5 lb a week you need to be 1,750 under your weekly total.

  • I bought an ab mat and i am really liking it. It essentially makes you able to do full sit ups by yourself without having to lock your feet under something. Plus it makes it easy for your back. It was only 20$.

  • I found a trick. When i work out i try to flex as many muscles as i can. It makes me breath harder and i can definitely feel it in my muscles. You can try this next time you workout.
