I try to eat a lot of vegetables, salad and chicken. I honestly just like my chicken with a little bit of salt added, i find it super delicious for some reason. One of my other meals would be a bowl of salad with like half of a chicken breast shredded into it with a little bit of onion ring salad topper with a little bit…

I take equate multi vitamin chews. A bottle of 150 chews is under 10$ and you only need 2 a day. I get mine at walmart.

I agree. You already lost 42 lbs so you are obviously doing something right. Figure out what it or they are and stick with it. I do have a gym membership but i also workout at home by doing crunches, burpees and pushups. I also take walks and go on hikes whenever i can. I actually do more working out at home then i do with…

I almost lost my self control today when grocery shopping. I made a bad decision on going down the candy isle, and with all the temptation i actually kept my self control and got nothing. Its not much but if i were to have gotten some candy it would have ruined my calorie deficit for the day and maybe a couple days. When…

I have been dieting and exercising for about 7 months now and have lost 70 lbs. The most i lost in a month was like 15 lbs and the least ive lost was like 7 lbs. But averaging mine out its about 10 lb a month. But I am dieting in a pretty major deficit and working out tons. If you can cut out your binge eating and keep…

This happened to me, i got prescribed some meds and i did not do the research on it. After 3 months i weighed 50 lbs more, it actually killed my motivation and caused me to gain another 40 lbs by month 8. I finally stopped and now am still losing the weight i gained by taking the prescribed medication. Im down 70lbs with…

If you have been stuck for years then well something you are doing is not right. Analyze what you are eating and count the amount of calories for a week or two. After that you should have a good idea on how much calories you are consuming. Counting one or a few days is not enough you really need to do it for 10+ days to…

I have the cheap stuff from walmart and i don't like it. It doesn't fully mix, leaving little chunks in my shake. Plus the taste is pretty bad in my opinion. I would rather spend 20$ more and get one from GNC which mixes well and the taste is way better.

I agree the companies make you think you need it. I personally only use the powder when i had a heavy lifting session with weights lasting longer than an hour. Otherwise i get my protein from food.

I used to make protein shakes all the time back before i gained weight. I brought my shaker bottle with the powder in it with me to the gym and when i was finished with lifting weights i would make it. I guess you could consider it as a snack. Now that i am losing weight again i am getting my protein mainly from foods like…

From personal experience (ive lost 170lbs in two different time periods, working on making it a total of 200lbs lost) i focused primarily on eating a healthy diet that ends the day with at least a 600 calorie deficit. I also workout to both increase the calorie deficit and tone my body. I hate to say it but your going to…

low sodium sunflower seeds, pickles, sour candy (like mouth rawing sour), popped rice crisps, pretzels, Nature valley oats and honey, protein bars, beef jerky, baby carrots, sugar snap peas and fruit cups. Those are some of my go to's but my favorites are sunflower seeds and pickles.

I like to use HIIT on the stationary bike, go a couple miles on the rowing machine at a fairly hard resistance, treadmill with high incline and my favorite is hiking with a heavy backpack. I am going to start jogging when the weather stays nice in my area, but i wont cut out the other forms of exercising i mentioned.
