The soreness will go away as soon as your body gets more used to the abuse. You can either tone it back a little or push through the pain which will go away.

I track my potassium to help combat muscle cramps. Potatoes are extremely high, a glass of milk has a bunch and then theres always bananas. Those are the sources i go to since they have a bunch.

pickles and sunflower seeds are my favorite. I eat them almost daily

Crunches, push ups, squats, shadow boxing and jumping jacks are a few i can think of. If you can pick up some dumbells or a kettle bell your options open up a thousand fold.

I use the stationary bike and do 10 miles in 40 mins on a pretty high resistance and alternate with HIIT. I dont know how much i burn but i just put down 350.

The machines at my gym have information on them for how to use it and the muscle zones they target. If they don't or you don't feel comfortable using it and dont want to ask someone how to use it, write the name of the machine down and you can look up online how to use it. Youtube would even have videos of people using it.…

Im on my second go around at losing weight and from my experience some months you will lose more than others. I dont know why but im sure its because the body is weird. 20lbs in 3 months is a little slow to me since im getting 10-15 a month but i am also working out like no other! Like 15 hours a week of exercising! My…

day 1 : 8 pushups

Drinking a glass of water can help. Gum is another thing. I typically have a couple handfuls of sunflower seeds, they take me like 30-45 mins to eat and only is like 100 calories. A handful of sugar snap peas and baby carrots is very filling and is only 75 calories. A couple oz of beef jerky is super filling and 100-300…

How long has the scale not been moving? You might be in a plateau or your not allowing yourself the proper healing time. This happened to me where i burned 9000 calories in a week, ate 1200-1400 calories daily and when i hopped on the scale i gained 2 pounds. I was super bummed but i allowed myself more time to heal and…

I have the same problem and it sucks. I have been using bandaids and they work, just one over each nipple. Dont try and push through the pain because from my experience it wont go away.

A big factor of abs is your body fat percentage. You can be skinny and have no abs because your body fat percentage is higher and like wise you could be heavy and have abs because your body fat percentage is low. Body fat percentage takes a long time to lower and you need to eat healthy to do so. But in turn you also are…

Im doing two sessions daily. In the morning i do about 20 mins of abs followed by 40 minutes of HIIT on the stationary bike and ending with another 40 minutes on the row machine (not HIIT). Then at night i do an hour on the treadmill at incline level 14 for 2 miles then incline level 12 for the last mile, then to end the…

Water retention was another possibility i was thinking. Well no burnout, fatigue or injury yet. Im guessing i just need to power through this until my muscles repair?

I shoot for about 100oz a day but i know i go over a lot. Like yesterday i drank almost a full 100oz bottle plus a liter bottle and had my 40oz hydroflask with ice cold carbonated water; so thats like 160oz which is way more than a gallon. But i dont drink that much every day, maybe once every three days. I also sweat tons…

And a veggie pizza on your cheat day? doesnt sound like a cheat day to me haha
-
If you made it yourself i would try looking for homemade veggie pizza then add like half a serving to up the calorie amount to be on the safe side. If you did not make it then look for individual veggie pizza and do the same thing.

I love my new row machine. Ive put about 55 miles on it so far at 2 miles a session. I go for about 40 minutes a workout and keep the 3 mile an hour pace. I have not done HIIT on it yet but my machine the resistance is so god damn hard i do not see it being possible. Any ways it is low impact and i constantly sweat…
