We were always told to eat till your plates are clean. It's a hard habit to get out of. Even now with me trying to lose weight I still look at what my daughter has left and think what a waste. Have to stop myself from eating it. But totally agree

If you eat it as it comes I would say no. But I do know that if you put it in a smoothly or cook it. It adds extra calories as the sugar increases

You have to burn 3500 calories to lose 1lb a week so I have been following that guideline. But I get lost with all this and follow my Fitbit. As yet I have not went over it or mfp. And I am losing about 1-2lbs a week Good luck x

When I first started I found it so hard with the weight I was at. I used to do 5 mins then stopped the in 10 and worked up slowly. I still struggle being in my feet for long times as they hurt like hell. But hope one day they won't when I am a good bit lighter x

Yes I want to lose weight but not that quick. You will lose muscle and that's not good for you. I will stick to my 2lbs

I do a lot of driving but I check my Fitbit and my steps are the same as when I got in the car as I do when I get out the car so not sure what's up with your one. X

I got my Fitbit last Tuesday and apart from charging its on there all the time. I love it only down side is you can't swim with it. I like to see how much sleep I am getting and the challenges are really good. I also like comparing different work outs to see what gives me the best various and fat burn. Unless a new one…

It's a hard thing to stop doing. And going over your goal is not the answer. Do a bit more work out to compensate what your eating you will soon want to keep those extra calories and you will see the weight drop off x

I can gain 5lbs in a week. That's why I weigh myself every day. If it goes up a bit I drink more and work out a bit more. Sure you will lose it again. X
