Half pound of shrimp, and steamed broccoli sauteed with butter plus onion and garlic seasoning + salt and paper. With about 1/2 tbsp of shredded colby on top to brown and melt...sooo good.

I am on day 6 of my diet. It is going great! I adjusted my macros to 40% fat, 35% protein, and 25% carbs. I have not felt hungry,and my app is really helping me to stay on track. Good luck with your goals! My goal is to get back to 135! I am around 170 currently.

I love firehouse subs steak and cheese on white! It has 46 grams of fat, and I ate the sandwich, and then nothing but fruits and veggies the rest of the day!
