You can do it, keep your mind on the goal=losing weight. Simple things, like when folding laundry, take one piece from the dryer to the place you are folding laundry, go back for the next one etc. While in the kitchen making dinner, use the countertop and do a few pushups. Little things can be beneficial. Best of luck!

It is hard, but the best advice I can give you is to stick with it! I've lost just over 50 pounds, but I log everything, every day! It is a committment, and if you are willing to stick with it, you will see success. Best of luck, there are plenty of us here to support you!
