She does go two days per week to an adult day care which gives me about 6-7 hours those days free. You would think I would use them to be more active but I find myself just chilling on the couch watching movies and not wanting to do much of anything. I’ll perk back up at some point.

Oooh I bet it’s beautiful! And yes, my weight drops the day after weigh in too! This morning it was a while pound. However, mine always seems to go up and down until it lands on what it does on Saturday. Not to be too graphic but I think it has to do with BM’s 😂

Ok, so last week I gained for the first time since starting my journey over a year ago and the scale is not budging despite super clean eating and lots of intentional exercise I’m about half way to my goal. Could this be the beginning of a plateau and how do I break it?
