This is my favorite as well.

You can use it on a treadmill. Either enter a constant speed pace or have the app count your steps (you input your stride length).

Open diary for friends, wanting to lose about 8 more lbs and also training to run a half marathon next year... feel free to add me! I log daily (active) and also use a food scale for accuracy.

Oh and I live in the Portland area, so please share any great running locations around here. Thanks!

I'm a big fan of the Sara Lee 45 calories per slice bread... it's yum!

If a standing desk isn't possible, perhaps a small exercise peddler for underneath? Good luck!

It's a college class so I can't pick the days.

Not at all, just what my running teacher recommended, otherwise it's just a one month class. Other options are 4 weeks of spinning and then zumba or yoga but running cross training is my focus since I want to run a half marathon next year.

Taking a break wouldn't be an option since it would be for a college class. Well, I suppose I could drop the class if I couldn't survive the first couple of days but I'd rather keep the college credit. Best form of torture, ha, I believe it from all the things I've heard. Probably why I'm a bit intimidated to sign up for…

Circuit training! It's a mix of both and a great workout.

Start with fish and do it slowly... little bits at a time and work your way up.

Congrats! I made it as well and felt fantastic afterwards! 2 more weeks! We got this!

I'm in the same exact schedule! W5D3 tomorrow for me as well. My plan is to take it slow, nice and easy. You can do it!

The Polar M400 is also a daily step and sleep tracker, as well as exercise.

You mention in another thread about talking to a personal trainer... I would go with their advice first since they can see you in person and assess your needs personally. Cheers!

If you want more info, lemme know and I can lead you in the right direction. :)

Circuit training workouts are great for getting toned and in shape. Tone It Up (free) or the Bikini Body Girl ($$) workout programs are great plus you can do them at home if you don't have gym access. Look 'em up on Instagram to see other girls using it and how they're doing. Cheers and good luck! (I understand not wanting…

Age 36 5'7" CW: 134 GW: 125 (maybe 120) 1200 calories per day, eating back half of exercise calories logged. I'm currently working on the C25K program (again) and getting back into running. So I run 3x per week and cross train other days at random. I'd love to drop more body fat and be able to run faster and longer. My…

I have a Flipbelt and love it. It doesn't slip and my phone doesn't bounce at all.

I second the suggestion of just getting a Fitbit and letting that auto log to MFP for you.

It'll make you sweat around your waist area and appear smaller... but once you rehydrate it'll just replace that lost water.

Mine does the same thing, drives me crazy.

Finished up week 4 this week.... halfway, hooray! Feeling great and looking forward to week 5 next week.

I agree with the PB2 suggestions! It's fantastic stuff. <3

I love Zombies Run! I've only done about 6 of the story runs a couple of years ago and really enjoyed it. I need to get back into it. :D

Followed on IG! @amybugfit

Just finished week 1 of the pre-training and it kicked my butt (in a good way!). I'm super sore and loving it.
