Thanks everyone. I guess I see everyone in the gym weighing in and loosing 3,4,5 lbs every week and are a lot smaller than me and I can't seem to get the same results, but looking at all your positive comments a loss is a loss and I'm eating healthily and not doing a fad diet. I have been doing classes for 12 months now. I have lost 1 stone since last Sept but only lost 3lb in the last 3 weeks. I'm currently 12 st 12 and 5ft 7 to give you an idea of my stature.
