I have my cheat days on Sundays. Sunday morning until I go to bed I eat whatever I'm craving and I don't count the calories or anything. I might have cappuccinos, pizza, pasta, soda, etc. The next morning it's back to clean eating and I don't weigh myself until Tuesday or Wednesday lol then I weigh myself every morning…

I'm at 1100 calories a day (I don't work out at all, so I don't get hungry), and I do high protein, then carbs, and then fat. I can lose like a pound or half pound a week. If I start seriously working out one day, I will up my calories.

I got caffeine withdrawl. I was highly addicted. You gotta deal with it for like 3 days then it gets better, and goes away. It hurt so bad that I had to just fall asleep in the middle of the day. Take advil and go cold turkey, the symptoms will go away faster.

I use Vega One protein shake in vanilla, mix in some strawberries.. OR mix in blueberries and lemon juice. Sometimes I'll add a little Silk Almond milk and of course ice. Lots of protein :)

It's been a week and I've lost 4 lbs. My calorie goal is about 1,000. I don't agree with every one saying that it's too low. When I eat more than that, I gain weight! Haha. I was having a problem with bloating, too. Drinking TONS of water a day will help. Don't really drink anything else. If you're eating lots of salt in your diet it can make you bloat, as well.
