Is 30/40/30 okay?
I have my macros set to 30g of carbs, 40g of protein, and 30g of fat a day. My goal is to lose weight. I don't always hit my protein goal a day, and I'm usually only a little over in carbs because I drink an energy drink once a day. I know that's awful but I keep it in my calorie range! Haha.
