Hi, I am at my goal weight and am off diabetic medicine. I log every day and also my diary is always open. I am glad to help motivate friends while I am tweaking my training and diet.

I had a general medical and got sent medicine for diabetes type 2 the next day. I already did a lot of sport. It was unacceptable. I lost 9.3 kg and was off the medicine in three months and reading normal. And I am never going back on it. The problem is now getting balance back into my life.

I want to get my arms a bit bigger. So that will be a task again. Anyone wanting to maintain or almost there, feel free to add me.

It worked for me. I walked 200 calories after each meal of the day. I now have a normal reading and take no medicine.
