Incorporating eating healthy into your life definitely takes time and patience. I just take baby steps and change a little bit each week. You can add me as a friend if you like.

Increase fiber and protein intake. Also make sure you increase your water intake. When I feel hungry between meals, I drink about half a shaker bottle of water and feel full for at least another 30 minutes. That was my trick to losing 55lbs in 6 months. Protein/Fiber/H20= Bye Bye FAT!

Eat whenever, as long as you don't go over your daily calorie goal. I eat most of my calories at night because I'm never really hungry during the day. I lose fat just fine.

Increase water and fiber intake for a week. Then start increasing your protein intake. Only increase your fiber by about 5g every other day until you get up to about 30g/day or what MFP tells you your goal should be. Also make sure you're not falling more than 100 calories or so below what MFP tells you your calories…

How far under your calorie limit are you each day? Are you doing cardio, weight training, or both? You should weigh yourself in the morning right after you wake up for most accurate body weight.

What you're doing is right.

Muscletech phase 8 chocolate powder is pretty good. I don't really do protein bars.

How much do you weigh? Are you doing this short term? What is your overall goal by doing this calorie restriction?

Slowly introduce new thing into your diet and it will be easier to eat healthy. Don't change everything at once or it will be way more challenging. Not impossible, but very difficult.

50% Protein/40% Fat/10% Carbs ....works magic!

It's great for short-term weight loss(4-8 weeks) but beyond that, it just stops working. Good luck. Hope it works great for you!

Eat so much junk food at one time that it makes you feel like you're going to puke. Then keep eating. That's the only way I could stop eating it. I used to love reese cups until I ate a whole BJ's size bag at once and threw up. Now I can only stand to eat one once in a blue moon. I feel your pain!

It gets real for me when I train my body to reach for the apple instead of the ice cream. At that point, I no longer see food as something I just eat for pleasure, but as fuel. When eating crappy its like putting nasty corn substitute in your sports car. It may keep your car alive and running for a little while, but it…

Oatmeal is not a necessity in any diet. The important part is your macros (Carbs/Protien/Fats)
