I have made the quinoa stuffed peppers about once a week! Even my husband, who always wants meat in every meal, loved them! I love her recipes. Go online and check out the recipe for slow cooker buffalo chicken lettuce wraps... So good!!!

Watch the video my doctor told me to watch on YouTube: 23 and 1/2 hours by Dr Mike Evans. It's an extremely informative 9 minute video, really helped me! I walk at least 6 days a week now, and no longer have to be on high blood pressure meds, and have lost 27 lbs.

I've been on here for over 2 months and haven't added any friends other than my husband, so I think it's time to be more social lol I am: Female 37 SW 210 CW 187 GW 150 Currently walking 6+ times a week, at least 6 km each time, which is really helping me lower my blood pressure, which I am on medication…
