I have a 3 year old and an 18 month old! It’s been so hard for me to maintain a good workout schedule for months now. I feel all I want to do is sleep! I’m tired all the time and my energy is so low. I’m to the point where I can’t stand to feel this way anymore. I have to change my lifestyle and get in a better routine!

Obviously! I just want natural safe ways since I breastfeed and I read different things on medicines on the Internet!

I feel as if I breathe much heavier. I figured if I can sweat maybe I'll sweat it out.

Thanks yall! I'll try warm lemon water and see if that helps!! I'm not real big in taking medicines so any natural ways would be great!
