I think you gals need some more research on strength training..... I burn about 550-750 training for 60min.... I use heavy weights with higher repetitions and 40 seconds rest in between sets. When doing cardio the moment you stop your cardio so does your calorie burning, doing strength training you can burn up to 36hours…
