Hmm OK so Def tighten up on logging. I know I go out to eat and usually stick with steak or chicken hard to log but I do my best. I am a care taker always on my feet I don't have much time to think about lunch breaks lol. But thank u for looking at this for me this info has helped. Btw I'm 31 to who ever asked

I think it's public now I know I'm not the perfect health diary but dang should be something and all I drink is water I carry a the big Bubba mug of ice water and refill it through the day. I mean something should be dropping :/

I have been weighing and measuring to a t. And most of the time I have to fake add calories at the end of the day because it won't let me complete without 1000 and I'm usually around 850 900. My husband is shedding weight doing this with me.
