the short answer is clean eating is anything that isn't processed. Right now I am eating a processed meal because it contains white rice which has been processed, grown and then manufactured in a factory and it is YUM lol (Chinese fried rice for T which I made myself)

I got a thing about hot savoury mince w mixed veg on wholegrain toast, flavoured with Worcestershire sauce, onions and whatever else is in my pantry to give it a good flavour, yum.

They are like that in here. They think as long as u don't go over ur calorie limit, u can stuff ur face with all sorts of junkfood and never suffer any consequences ,even tho millions of people die everyday from heart attack or type 2 diabetes
