I like using the C25k app to time my elliptical intervals since I can't stand running.

Bumping my own thread- I picked up the WOSS version and I'm loving it. Now the only question I have is- how to track the workout? I searched the exercise database under both TRX and suspension trainer and came up empty. Should I log them as bodyweight exercises?

I'm 100% over quinoa. I can't take the texture of it, and the way it looks oogs me out. I also couldn't get into Trader Joe's roasted seaweed- it tasted way too fishy for me, and I like fish!
