I am ok with 1lb a week as I would still lose the rest of the weight in about a year. I eat between 1300-1600cals a day average and most days I am not starving unless I don't get good protein in. I guess I should aim for that once I get to 170lbs?

At my current weight and set as sedentary the app recommends 1260cals to lose 1.5 lbs a week instead of 2lbs Edited at add: I dont usually end up only eating 1200 calories as my fitbut adjusts up my calories and I eat them.

I have already lost 3 stone but I have about 4.5 stone left to lose. I would love to be friends if you would like. My total WL when done will be about 8 stone.

I used to work 5 nights 11-7, now I work 2 7p-7a and 2 3-11s, I find it makes me shirk exercise more than eat more, Its hard to find motivation when you are exhausted. I feel like I frequently have a sleep debt, even if I sleep 8 hours during the day I am still tired.

I keep a little magnetic white board on my fridge for this purpose. Sometimes I get busy right after I am done weighting things on my food scale, or I know I will forget what they weighed by the time I am done eating to weigh the container. I jot the weight or food or calories down on the whiteboard to log when I get a…

I work 12 hour shifts overnight but I tend to be up 24/32hrs + due to having kids the next day so I tend to get up and eat breakfast of about 500 calories, skip lunch, then eat a good dinner (700-1000) calories, then I log my overnight food as breakfast for the next day,I might eat a small (100-200) snack when I get home…

Commitment, I used to do really well and then I would slip up and get so discouraged I would quit, now I am just committed to making these lifelong habits so if I mess up I just do better the next day and move on. No stress. I view my exercise as just a part of being an adult, like paying bills or brushing my teeth.…

I would also suggest to start out with a lot of walking. I started out being able to run about 1/8 of a mile and it was very difficult. So, instead of running I decided I was just going to work on walking. I walked 5 miles a day, 6 days a week, sometimes in 2 -3 shorter sessions and then one day I decided to run just to…

You can also make (not low calorie) sweet potato casserole. Boil them and mash them up with light brown sugar and butter until they have a mashed potato consistency and then add cinnamon and pumpkin pie spice, then top with marshmallows and pop under the broiler until golden brown and delicious. Sometimes I use canned yams…

When you said dinosaur eggs, I was thinking of the dinosaur eggs oatmeal that my kids eat. It's regular cinnamon instant oatmeal with sugar eggs filled with little dinosaur shaped sprinkles so the eggs melt when you add the hot water. Totally chock full of sugar but it got my kids eating oatmeal.

You can try increasing your salt intake through food. If you weren't dehydrated, I would say lower your fluid intake as drinking large amounts of water can cause low NA levels. Did your blood work show that you are dehydrated or do you just feel that you are? Additionally, as another poster mentioned, you can also buy OTC…
