Thanks @Elegra2006 I need to improve my clean technique and use my hips more, 70kg for me is basically like a muscle clean. Amazing work on the box jumps. I have a massive fear of those!

I do Krav Maga, which is not a martial art but a form of self defence.

The only Les Mills class I do is Body Jam because I love to Dance. Otherwise I prefer to lift heavy and I can't do that on the Les Mills program.

I definately recommend the weighing of the food. Sometimes when we have been at this for a while we think that we know approximately what something weighs, when in reality it weighs alot more than we think. Try and get back to basics food wise, protein, carbs, fats..ie- chicken / meat + vegetables (carbs) and good fats ie-…

155kg deadlift, 70kg power clean and I am finally getting comfortable in the snatch position, managed to snatch 30kg comfortably, which is huge achievement for me

Sounds like a bit of a toxic environment. Also the coach should stop this behaviour, it's not those girls job to be policing rep shavers or cheaters. If it was me I would be looking for a new box.

I know the feeling I am under the care of a nutrionist and I had one week where I lost 200g on the scales but lost 3% body fat and gained some muscle. Have a talk to your doctor or a new nutritionist and see what they say
