Forgot to log the last couple days... Oct 11: Rest day Oct 12: 70 minutes Oct 13: 45 minutes this morning, more to come this evening

Day 6: 40 minutes walk/jog. Missed my 60 minute minimum, but amped it up by adding some jogging. My knees will be screaming at me tomorrow!

Just added an additional 32 minutes to day 1. Total of 93 minutes today!

My goal was 60 - 90 minutes of brisk walking at least six days a week. I logged 61 minutes this morning (in the drizzle)!
