I find that doing the breakfast meal prep “overnight oats” in the small size jars is just right. Using the smaller size jars gives you portion choice. Here’s easy receipt I follow https://youtu.be/tP59n39AY1s

Hi It's going to be hard, but if you cook I suggest you find a meal they like, and re-vamp it to healthy and the taste may help get them started
