I had really bad allergies that stopped once I started clean eating!!! My mind is still not used to my size! When I see pictures, I'm shocked to see how much smaller I am compared to my mental image! Also, I love flexing! It's a major problem!! Haha

Hi! I am 5'2. I was 155 and now I am 130ish. I don't weigh myself anymore. Since muscle does weigh more than fat, it started playing with my mind! I strength train with cardio 6-7 days a week. I love the fit life!!! Creating new healthy recipes and meal prepping are one of my fave things to do!!!
