I will try it! I stop eating around 6pm, I wake up around 6am the latest. If I eat my first meal at 10am that would mean I fasted for 16 hrs right??

This is my routine (mind you, I just started going to the gym on Monday so I get tired easy. I'm 5'8 and 260lbs 30 mins of cardio: 15 mins treadmill at 3.5mph + 10 mins on the elliptical + 5 mins on the bike at 80rph 30 mins of weights: hard to define but I do 3 leg machines 50-110 lbs, and 3 upper body machines 20 lbs.…

How long after you get up in the morning do you have your first meal?

I dont I think it is for me. My last meal of the day is usually around 5:00 or 6:00pm. I am in bed usually by 9:30ish. So for me not to eat till the next day at 11 or 12 I'm starving!

My dad and my sisters rave about their health benefits, but are they really worth the cals??? If not, I can easily skip them.
