You could lose weight eating nothing but junk, as long as you're eating less calories than you burn, though you probably won't feel as good and you certainly won't be as healthy.   • I weigh myself most days, most often in the morning, sometimes also when I go to bed. I don't worry too much about it, but weigh often out of curiosity. Losing weight is part of my goal, but the most important is how I feel and how I look. I only use kgs because I'm Norwegian.
