Is it bad if I get off track?

Okay so I eat healthy things most of the day, a healthy breakfast, a healthy lunch, and then by the evening I indulge myself a bit and snack on junk. Am I hurting my chances of losing, cause I do eat healthy most of the day. Today I used my treadmill though. Will I still be successful if I keep doing this?

Are you eating more than your allotted calories? If so, it will hurt your weight loss. If not, it won't.

Is snacking putting you over your calorie goal? If not, you aren't going "off track". How much you eat is more important than what you eat.

If you are eating over your calorie goal due to snacking, you will be reducing your deficit (losing slower) or eating at maintenance or a surplus....

If you know you like to snack, pre plan your meals and allow for them

Health and weight are not the same thing. As long as you're snacking within your calorie goal, you will still lose. You could lose weight eating nothing but junk, as long as you're eating less calories than you burn, though you probably won't feel as good and you certainly won't be as healthy.
You sound like your doing fine though.
