First 1/2 marathon completed this morning, 2,06,52. Not quite what I wanted but with the warm weather I'm happy enough ☺️

Eat more. Healthy but more. You are at too much of a calorie deficit.

Agree with all! Don't try and find a "quick fix" healthy eating and exercise (within your capabilities) is the best life long way of achieving and maintaining
