Thanks!! This is helpful! My biggest problem is that my weight has been fluctuating up and down daily (about 1-3 lbs). I def think I could increase my water intake on a more regular basis.... Some days I can drink as much as 15-20 glasses of water but then other days I'll just do 5 or 6.

I just recently upgraded and so far so good... I like that you can focus on other things than just calories and the food analysis feature is good to have. I don't know if it's necessary for everyone though, depends what you're looking for.

I know that struggle all too well and peanut butter was always my go to midnight snack too. It was a terrible habit. What helped was drinking a lot of water throughout the day and also before my late night snacking. I also usually eat an apple after dinner now. 21 day fix was great... My favorite go to snack was the popcorn... Kept me full for a while and helped with unhealthy cravings! Good luck with your challenge!
