What is this "constraint" you speak of? Never heard of it. HAHA! :D

Deadlifts. Prowler push. Assisted chinups. A good start to the day.

I have been craving one (or two) of these Sausage Grande burritos for months. I drive past several Jack in the Box restaurants every day. It's a miracle that I don't eat one every day!
-
I make large batches of this jambalaya in a slow cooker. Pretty low in carbs without the rice. I eat it plain sometimes - sometimes over some cabbage or coleslaw if more volume is desired. It freezes and reheats well so makes a great lunch when I'm working away from home.…
-
Thanks for the encouragement, Allison! Been staying under 206 for the last week, and I'm still trying to get to Onederland by year end!

Bump in the night ...

Well done, Ann. You're an inspiration! :)

Hi there, Susan!
-
Deadlifts this morning - work sets 3x5x235. Plus some stretches for squats and my left shoulder. Finished with pushing the prowler up and down the turf. 6 rounds at 30 second intervals - then 12 rounds at one minute intervals. I will sleep like I'm dead tonight. :)
-
Nothing like a challenge from a friend for motivation. Good on ya' for doing that.
-
That is awesome. I avoid burpees like the plague. Sometimes they make my shoulder hurt - sometimes I'm just lazy.
-
I resemble that remark. And that is why I avoid the cookie aisle. HAHA! :D
-
So what's with the thin cookie craze? Are they lower in calories? I rarely eat cookies, so I never venture down that aisle in the grocery.

This is what I love about MFP. <3 The community here is so helpful. o:) HAHA! :D :D :D

A Fitbit or other fitness tracker would give you an estimate of calorie burn for your daily activities.

I'm in my 60's. Same situation with friends. I keep telling them "You gotta' keep movin' if you wanna' keep movin'."

Well done, Limsha! Your efforts are paying off!
-
Well done! Persistence pays off!

Lots of good workouts on YouTube. I know that some folks on here follow those routines for their daily workouts. I love your comment - "I'm not going to let all the hard work of several months ago go to waste!" You can do this! "Never give up - never surrender!"

Hello, all you seasoned citizens. Hope you are well. The Christmas season is upon us. My goal is just to maintain for the next six weeks. Merry Christmas!

Just post here in the thread. Welcome to MFP.
-
With a stout? I could see that. Try Thin Mints with a chocolate stout sometime. I make sure I have someone (preferably several people) to share with, because those cookies will not be going back in the box.
-
Welcome, Rene and Juju! Great community here at MFP with lots of support and encouragement.
-
I thought the same thing at first, so I wandered down the beach to check it out.
-
Is that even possible? Not for me, either. ;)
