                Crystal Light drink mixes are very low in calories and they make numerous flavors - easy to find something you like. I usually mix it with double the recommended water - it's still fairly sweet at that concentration.                 @3furballs - Great workout. I have a question. We usually do pistol squats using TRX straps for support. You are using large rubber bands for support - correct? While standing on a heavy bag - am I understanding this correctly? Thank you.

                Hope you find a way to get your workouts in. I'm sure you'll figure out something! I got an invitation to the river and so I went fishing for three days - plenty of movement and walking. Got the first workout of the week tonight. Squat day tomorrow.

                I donate platelets these days. Usually an early Sunday morning appointment. I make sure to eat and hydrate all day and often do a brisk walk in the afternoon. Good to hear about other's experiences with this situation.

                Did not sleep well due to some heartburn. Still feeling it when I woke up and was not motivated to go to the gym, but I went anyway. The exercise made me feel better and heartburn was gone about 10 minutes into the workout. #disciplinetrumpsmotivation

                Breakfast for me after a gym session - cottage cheese, protein powder, oats and chia seeds. Usually 30 to 45 grams of protein depending on how much protein powder I add.

                Gorgeous! I am blessed to live in Idaho. We fish the section between Vinegar Creek and Riggins most of the time. We camp on a beach in that section. Will post a couple of photos later.

                Check around the ski shops and sporting goods stores. We can rent snowshoes and skis and other gear at the local ski area. A great way to try out snowshoes without spending beaucoup dollars. They have gear for everyone from children to large adults.
