Hi. I’ve been here before years ago. My weight has crept up over the last few years and I am at my heaviest! 223.5lbs I was told a few months ago I have prediabetes but haven’t took that serious enough. However, This week I lost a close relative who was young, due to bad lifestyle and it made me realise I need to change!

It depends, if how much overweight a person is. If that will take you to ideal weight than you mite be able to do it, if a lot more overweight than it’s easy to lose that amount

Hi team! I’m vee I’m a mum of 3, a dog groomer and from the uk. I’ve gained 70lbs over the last 7 years and I’ve decided I need to break the bad habits for good. I’ve been overweight for a while but I’ve never really felt fat until recently when I reached my heaviest ever weight. So I thought I’d start here. Good luck team!

I lost 14lbs before getting pregnant and another 14lbs in the first trimester without even teying because of bad sickness and gain the lot back :/

Yes well done but thats what my comment explains. If you read it properly ive explained i just follow the calorie structure 3:4.
