This January I will track what I eat. Everything. I will set a reminder on my phone to do it at the end of the day every day and also include how I felt that day.

Fyi I've completed my HIIT workout last night and am 4.5/7 miles. Just can't edit the sheet from my phone. I'll finish my miles after work tonight and be done both of my tasks 😁

@Moarrein no problem! we have a relatively nice week here (0 degrees Celcius) so I've been wanting to get outside for a couple runs before it gets ridiculously cold again :)
