Hi.!! I'm about 5'6" and my goal is to lose about 65 lbs. I've been on for a little over 2 months. I've taken it pretty slow. You can do this! 1st week complete is a great start. It's taken me about 3 weeks to make logging in daily a habit and now I'm really starting to see results. You can add me for motivation and support if it helps.

My 'why' is that I want to be the best me, I can possibly be. I want to show my daughters and my grandchildren that making healthy choices is good and is easy to do.
