My go-to site is www.skinnytaste.com. Great tasting, healthy recipes. Try the Taco Turkey Zucchini boats. They are fantastic, unless you don't like the ingredients. You can also search "healthy recipes" or "low calorie" recipes on Pinterest.

I am in my 40's too. Dropped 16lbs in 2.5 months eating 1400 cal. I have about 25 lbs left to lose. For me, it's easier to shed the weight with some form of cardio whether it be walking or playing a sport. It has been a slow process but like they say, " Slow and steady wins the race." Good luck. You can do it.

I have a Polar HRM and a fitbit. I only use the Polar when playing high intensity sport. That being said, I wore both at one time and found the Polar gave me a higher calorie burn. I simply used the fitbit calorie burn since it was already synced and just added a note of the calorie burn from the Polar HRM in my exercise.

For me, give or take 5 lbs during that time and ovulation. I only weigh myself once a month because of all the fluctuations.

I just had a personal whole wheat pita pizza (54g) 130 cal, Triple cheddar cheese (1/4C) 120 cal, Unico pizza sauce (2tbsp) 15 cal Pepperoni (27g) 70 cal Onions (10g), peppers (10g) and mushrooms (5g) All for 350 calories. Too bad I didn't see this thread. I would have taken a picture of it and posted it for you.
